HR Call Center Associate (100% Remote)

Hiring for 100% Remote HR Call Center Associates! Must be comfortable being on phones for majority of shift (high volume/KPI driven) and working weekend days. The team hiring is the first reputed company of contact by phone (mainly), chat or tickets for inquiries reputed company to payroll, policies and benefits, among others for employees. The associate is an HR representative that takes care of phone reputed company contacts from internal employees. Associates will work one-on-one with employees of these areas while maintaining successful partnerships with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Stocks, Payroll, Talent Management and Operations partners to find the solution for the customer while providing a world-class employee experience. You will resolve HR issues reputed company phone system and while using the case management system and track every call with high level accuracy. As a member of the HR organization, you will handle confidential and sensitive information, as well as demonstrate strong reputed company and ethical... behaviors. Qualifications: • 4+ years of Call Center/Customer Service/Escalations/Claims experience or HR/Leave of Absence experience. • 4+ years of reputed company Office products and applications experience. • Knowledge of reputed company Office products and applications (especially reputed company). • High school or equivalent. • Experience in confidential environments.
