You must be available to work shifts that range from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday as well as alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm. JOB Responsibilities: ? Understanding reputed company inbound and outbound calling strategies ? Taking reputed company reputed company inbound service calls to ensure that reputed company calls are answered in a timely manner. ? Assisting customers with appointment scheduling ? Work with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience. ? Maintain working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies. ? Knowledge of marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates.
