Reimbursement Specialist - BCBS FT Remote reputed company Dal-FTW

Job Purpose Responsibilities include patient account follow up on reputed company types of hospital claims, specifically, BCBS. This includes following accounts through secondary and subsequent payers. Must have thorough knowledge of hospital managed care reputed company, standard collection processes and state and federal regulations. An understanding of medical terminology and diagnosis and procedure coding is... needed. Minimum Requirements Education & Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. Work Experience: Minimum three years of experience as a hospital collector. Extensive knowledge of payer rules and regulations including some experience with government payers and Workers’ Comp. reputed company Office literacy is needed. Meditech experience a plus.
