Call Center Agent - Remote

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers through outbound calls, ensuring a positive experience. Accurately capture and enter data during calls. Upsell products and services to meet customer needs. Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format. Maintain a strong understanding of campaign products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of call center experience, particularly with automatic dialers and call scripting (required for remote candidates). A clear, professional, and friendly voice. Excellent people skills, with a focus on active listening and strong communication. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Sales experience is a plus. High school diploma or GED. Basic Computer Skills And Proficiency Are Essential. Experience in an outbound call environment is preferred. Work-from-Home Requirements PC or laptop with at least Windows 10 (reputed company/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible).
