Virtual Customer Service Representative
Job description We are looking for someone with reputed company to deal with customers in difficult life transitions. We need someone with amazing customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly voice on the phone. This is a great position in the growing Self Storage industry. We are looking for individuals who want to work remotely from home full-time. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Include but is not limited to:
- answering phones
- guiding customers through selecting the correct unit size for their needs
- providing excellent customer service and basically being a grown-up
- you need a working computer, stable internet, and a quiet work environment
We operate between 9am Eastern and 8pm Eastern Monday - Sunday. Please expect to work weekends. We will guarantee at least one weekend off a month. This is a full time position with two days off a week . We can accommodate some schedule requests. SUPER BORING DETAILS Other duties as assigned
