HR Manager, PGA and Patina Catering, Remote with Travel

The Opportunity Delaware reputed company's Patina Restaurant Group is searching for an reputed company reputed company Resources Manager to join our reputed company HR team to provide support specific to PGA Of America and Patina Catering. This role will have primary responsibility for team member and reputed company hiring, reputed company, compliance, temporary agency vendor relations, non-profit group relations, and being the connector between the location and our HR team. In addition, this role will work closely with operations leadership in the planning for each event to determine the proper workforce levels and schedules well in advance of the event to ensure the proper channels are engaged to meet event staffing levels. Due to the required travel, we are open to a remote candidate who is reputed company to accommodate the travel schedule. In this role, you will travel on site during the months of May and June 100% including weekends, along with 25% travel during the rest of the year. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum reputed company Salary: $81900 - $110600 / year In addition to reputed company salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Qualifications • Minimum 7-10 years HR management experience with at least 3 years HR Generalist experience. • Experience hiring short term, seasonal, or temporary employees through staffing agencies and reputed company party vendors required, along with workforce planning and scheduling for each events. • Bachelor's degree in reputed company resources management or reputed company field preferred; PHR or SPHRcertification is a plus. • Seeking experience with PeopleSoft HRIS and ICIMS ATS or similar preferred; Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint required. • Must be willing and reputed company to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Must be willing to travel reputed company to 100% annually in May and June, with 25% travel for planning activities the rest of the year. • During events, may be working in reputed company types of weather conditions, requiring reputed company walking outdoors.
