Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a highly reputed company and strategic-minded individual to join reputed company as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness. In this role, you will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and design initiatives to ensure that Cityblock operates reputed company and effectively in support of our mission and goals. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of People Business Partners & Organizational Effectiveness, you will reputed company the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational structures, processes, and systems to optimize performance and drive reputed company improvement. Preference for Master's degree in Organizational Development Strong strategy development, organizational design and operating model optimization skills Experience in developing effective and scalable solutions Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercising good judgment in problem solving and keeping team members adequately informed Demonstrated analytical capabilities, a process improvement mentality and ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, retirement benefits, participation in the company's equity program, paid time off, including vacation and sick leave. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
