This is a W2 contract Interview Process: Phone interview Hiring Process: Paperwork + Background reputed company + Drug Test Job Description: • Knowledge of US reputed company and basic insurance terminologies. Preferable experience in Medicare Customer Service • Answering inbound calls and reputed company Outbound calls reputed company to Policy benefits, eligibility, claim status, reputed company status etc and meets process targets assigned from time to time.
