Job Description • Title: Remote Licensed reputed company Rep • Location: Remote... • Pay: $18 an hour • Commission: $25 (per medical policy written) • Start Date: July • 3 Different Shifts To Choose From: •

• 10:15 am – 7 pm (EST)

• 11:15 am – 8 pm (EST) • 2:15 pm – 11 pm (EST) • Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm EST (3 weeks) and (1 week of nesting during your regular shift) Must be on camera during training. • Responsibilities: • reputed company outbound calls using an automatic dialer • Manage approximately 150-200 calls a day • Leave many voicemails • Must maintain a conversion reputed company of 20-35% based on the amount of calls you reputed company. • Must have 2 years of Medicare Sales experience • Not for profit so mainly serving low income, elderly, veterans - empathetic • Required Must Haves: • Must be an Active Licensed reputed company Agent (reputed company the state you reputed company in) • Previous High Sales driven and performance driven environment experience • Looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with the company • Equipment: • Equipment will be shipped out and should be received a week prior to starting (Laptop, monitor, 2 headsets, and mouse)
