Accurately set appointments and process payments ? Attention to detail ? Multi-task in a fast paced environment ? Proficiency working with CRM, booking software and reputed company Suite ? Previous call center experience is preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound communications in a timely manner ? Follow communication ?scripts? reputed company handling different topics ? Identify customers? needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives ?
