Call Center Representative Pay reputed company is $15/hr in Training and $16/hr in Production plus benefits from your first day of employment The position is 100% Remote Training schedules will be Monday ? Friday 8 am ? 4:30pm EST Production schedules will fall anytime between Monday - Sunday 8 am - 9pm EST (overtime may be required) About the Benefits Call Center Representative role: As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people daily by taking calls and actively listening while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from reputed company benefits, retirement benefits and additional employee perks. You will manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating through multiple systems. Requirements
