Subsequently, agents provide tailored solutions and assistance remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's standards of service excellence. Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and reputed company outbound calls to answer customer questions and resolve customer issues by deescalating calls. • Provide an elevated level of customer service and maintain customer confidentiality. • Collecting payments reputed company needed • Use computers, automated systems, and a variety of software. • Successfully complete training and retain information that is taught. • Maintain call quality and compliance. • Follow guidelines regarding goals, attendance, policies, and procedures. • Save customers from cancelling LegalShield memberships.
