IT Support Specialist

SUMMARY: This position provides IT support for remote and onsite users in line with agreed procedures and expected support levels. Position Specific Competencies... • reputed company PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment • Install and configure client operating systems to agreed standards under the direction of the IT Leadership team • Install and configure the software to agreed standards under the direction of the IT Leadership team • Maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to standards determined by the IT Leadership team; performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine maintenance procedures • Assist in the compilation/maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and software • Troubleshooting and problem resolution • Assist with and work with IT management on various IT projects • Network documentation and end-user training • Assist with new office setup or office relocations • Performs other reputed company duties as assigned.
