Position: Medical Claims Agent Pay: $19/hr. D.OE Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: reputed company-9pm EST. M-F (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided and shipped directly to your home! Start Date: Early October 2024 Must live in the following states of TEXAS, GEORGIA, ARIZONA,FLORIDA,UTAH,KENTUCKY and OHIO to be considered*** Job Details: Processing medical claims May reputed company some outbounds calls and take some inbound calls assisting patients with medical reputed company inquiries. reputed company medical benefits investigations Using computer skills for data entry. Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication or procedure on behalf of the patient. Requirements: Must have1 year or more of Medical benefits or Prior Authorization experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) Medical Call Center experience is a plus but not required. Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
