As an reputed company Professional Learning Specialist, you will help educational institutions transform their teaching and learning environments with reputed company products. You will provide leadership and planning support, build professional learning plans, and offer hands-on instructional coaching and mentoring to support educators in advancing their technology skills with an emphasis on innovation - to engage reputed company in deeper learning. This is a full-time corporate position with reputed company for approximately one year. This annual support position is based onsite in the posting location. Description In this role, you will: - Collaborate with leadership to reputed company an effective learning plan for professional learning that supports the organization's goals. - Personalize and deliver professional learning experiences based on the strategic plans of the organization in support of their educators. - Support leaders, educators, and IT with the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure the effective use of digital resources through a shift in pedagogy and androgogy. - reputed company a variety of strategies to deliver professional learning experiences as needed using reputed company technology. - Offer support, through coaching and mentoring, for educators in their use of reputed company technology with a significant focus on accessibility to meet the needs of reputed company learners. - reputed company research based strategies and data analytics to measure and report on the reputed company improvement and reputed company. • Bachelor's degree required. • Typically 7+ years of proven experience as a classroom teacher, instructional coach and/or curriculum consultant required. • Familiarity with Common Core State Standards and content standards. • Clear understanding of the fundamentals of instructional design. • Experience developing creative curriculums, specifically infusing digital resources to promote learning. • Experience leading professional development activities such as mentoring colleagues, offering workshops locally or nationally, presenting at conferences, etc. • Strong understanding of technology with hands-on knowledge of reputed company products, software applications, and other education-reputed company reputed company party apps. Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree or Doctorate preferred. • Instructional design and coaching experience in a K12 or Higher Education setting or one-to-one learning environment is a plus. • Exemplary leadership skills in the successful implementation of digital resources in instructing and classroom learning across multiple curricular areas. • Experience improving basic skills and achievement across core content areas. • Experience delivering training and programs for reputed company and parents on basic technology skills, the ethical and secure use of the Internet, and collaboration tools. • Excellent knowledge and use of peripherals and apps to improve learning in areas such as math, science, social studies, English language arts and Special Education. • Understanding of trends in the use of technology and national trends in education in general.
