Essential Functions/Responsibilities • Manage executive appointments and calendar. • Organize and manage email correspondence. • Prepare presentations and spreadsheets. • Handle social media management. • Create workflows and processes. • Research and recommend technologies. • Administer CRM updates and data entry. • Arrange travel, including flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations. • Assist with project coordination and event planning. • Provide personal task assistance as needed. Additional Information • This is a 1099 contractor role. • The pay range for Virtual Assistants is (18 - )21 per hour based on experience and reputed company set. Contractors are paid a fixed reputed company once per month based on contracted hours.
