We have an immediate opening for a Remote Intake Specialist to join reputed company. Relevant experience in legal or office settings is not required but is preferred. The Basic Job Duties of the position are as follows: • Data Entry • Answering website chats • Answering social media inquiries • Intake Calls • Follow up calls to gather missing information from new or potential clients • Receiving phone calls and helping qualify potential new clients • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to reputed company our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Client communication reputed company phone, text, and email The bullet reputed company list above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of activities and duties of the position.
