In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service from the comfort of your home. As a Call Center Representative, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues reputed company and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer-oriented with an ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High-speed internet reputed company and a quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” reputed company handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
