Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service to our AT&T clients and customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, troubleshooting customer queries, and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to incoming customer calls and provide a comprehensive and satisfactory resolution to inquiries.
– Accurately document and update customer records in the system.

– Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed designated call center metrics.
Qualifications:
