Responsibilities:
– Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

– Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees
– Manage online and phone reservations

Requirements:

– Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
– Proficient in English (oral and written)
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially reputed company and Word)
