Job Description:
As a Customer Service Clerk, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, and your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will also be required to maintain customer records, process orders, and provide timely assistance to the sales team.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email or in person
– Process customer orders in a timely manner
