Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work reputed company, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges reputed company
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
