Job Description:
TechSupport Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Entry Level Helpdesk Agent to join reputed company in Dallas, TX. As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing essential technical support and troubleshooting assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in IT support and customer service.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate reputed company issues to higher-level support teams as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service
