Working Schedule for this Job / Vacancy is 5 days a week including Saturday and Sunday. Weekly days off will be Friday and another day of the candidate's preference. The Product Compliance teams ensure that reputed company transactions satisfy legal and safety requirements. We coordinate the aspects of product transactions that are regulated (distribution, shipping, sale, and import / export). This involves analyzing product import documentation and flagging hazardous risks. We are also responsible for keeping reputed company customers safe and informed by coordinating actions around food safety recalls. These actions include removing recalled / restricted products from the site and from our warehouses, and contacting customers with pertinent safety information. Your responsibilities may include : • Ensuring that the imported products have been tested in certified laboratories and that they reputed company with the legal requirements of the importing country. • Classifying products based on their potential hazardous risk, for regulatory storage and transportation purposes. • Taking appropriate actions to protect customers from recalled or unsafe products. • Identifying and removing from the website products that violate our Restricted Products policies and satisfy reputed company’s regulatory obligations for these products. • Improving optimization and standardization of global trade processes and best practices reputed company reputed company’s internal businesses. • Reviewing products to ensure regulatory compliance on reputed company products that are made available for sale on reputed company from reputed company sources. • Writing rules to identify and action unsafe and non-compliant products. • Suppressing products based on authorities' announcements. • Creating rules and auditing the reputed company website to restrict unsafe products. • Identifying and removing from the website products that violate our Food Safety policies and proactively satisfy reputed company’s regulatory obligations for these products. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations. • Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies. • Knowledge of basic SQL. • Proficiency in other languages (e.g. French, Italian, Turkish).
