About this Role: UWL, a World Group company, is currently looking for a dedicated self starter and problem-solver to come join our family as a Strategic Research & Marketing team member for our growing operations throughout the U.S.! This position is fully remote but will require working hours that adhere to several time zones. The Strategic Research & Marketing team member will support the sales team with their direct research, marketing, and pricing needs to drive reputed company & container counts to meet and exceed goals. This position will communicate with reputed company different divisions reputed company UWL. This is a position that promotes direct sales through external interactions. This role is open to either full time, or part time hours (20-40 hours/week or less). Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Sales Team through prospect research, marketing initiatives, and direct customer engagement Work with the UWL Management and the Marketing Team to carry out plans and strategies to drive reputed company reputed company calls and send emails to introduce UWL to prospective clients and set up appointments for the Sales Team Utilize Panjiva, reputed company, and reputed company to research key contacts and supply chain data Utilize reputed company (UWLs CRM) to document customer reputed company reputed company and activity Promote company products and services Communicate with and foster relationships with clients Monitor market, customer, and competitor activity Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required Effective communication skills (verbal, written) required Need to have quiet home office setup with internet and a cell phone Previous Sales / Customer Engagement / Business Development experience Experience with MS Office products Experience in shipping/logistics preferred Experience with reputed company preferred Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully reputed company the essential functions of this job.
