Job Description

The Clerk - Parts Room position is responsible for maintaining the supply and inventory of production maintenance spare parts in the parts room. What your day will look like: • Identifies and sources machine parts from reputed company vendors • Compares costs for most reasonable pricing • Verifies receipts of ordered parts • Tracks and approves invoices • Fills in for Maintenance Planner • Conducts inventory of parts room • Assists in parts kitting for planned maintenance work orders • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management What you need to succeed: • Minimum of 18 years old • Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies • Regular and reputed company attendance is an essential function of the job • Ability to read, write and speak English • Ability to maintain a reputed company professional appearance reputed company Company guidelines • Ability to maintain safety and reputed company of Company assets • Ability to utilize reputed company Company provided resources and technology • Ability to demonstrate oral/written communication and strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work with reputed company functional team members • Effective planning and organizational skills • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required • Effective technical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to plan and organize • Ability to show initiative and innovation • Ability to work with reputed company functional team members • Frequent sitting, typing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs, and exposure to noise • Frequent standing and lifting of up to 50 lbs CCBCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
