Essential Functions/Responsibilities • Manage and maintain executives’ appointments and calendars. • Handle email management and organization. • Prepare presentations and spreadsheets. • Manage social media accounts. • Create structure, workflow, and processes. • Research technologies and provide recommendations. • Administer CRM, including updates and data entry. • Arrange travel, including booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. • Assist with project coordination and event planning. • Provide assistance with personal tasks as needed.
