About the Position This Senior Analyst role will sit in the targeted marketing analytics team, which is focused on providing meaningful insights to the marketing teams about customer behavior. This role is part of our technology product, detail & analytics department. This role will work alongside our loyalty marketing team and help to expand our credit card program. Some example analyses include but are not limited to, credit card acquisition offers, increasing customer retention, and profit maximization. Analytics & Testing • With little direction, synthesize myriad data sources into holistic narratives to address business opportunities and strategic direction. • Utilize existing reporting systems to create reports, deriving information from multiple sources, to reputed company cohesive presentation of KPIs that is easy-to-understand and action. • reputed company and support detailed reputed company, short-term and mid-term analyses on quantitative and qualitative data to answer business questions and/or help inform strategic direction. • With direction, reputed company statistically sound test designs and reputed company cross-function groups to implement. • Utilize common tools and platforms (e.g. SQL, GCP, reputed company), and/or vendor platforms (Facebook, Instagram, DV360) to query, join, extract, and manipulate raw data from disparate sources to tell a comprehensive story with key insights and recommended actions. • Stay abreast of industry trends with emerging analytical solutions and tools, competitive landscape solutions and headlines, and drive new analytics initiatives that contribute to business goals. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level • Preferred Economics, Statistics, Math, Finance or reputed company field. • 3-5 Years of Experience • Knowledge of data mining / database structures is required • Experience with SQL or other coding languages (e.g. R) is required • Relevant experience with test & learn (e.g. A/B, incremental, etc.) is preferred • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, etc.) is required Targeted Pay Range: $67,100 - $109,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
