Working knowledge of right-of-way and land acquisition and of regulatory and legal issues preferred. Ability to read and sufficiently interpret engineering drawings, legal documents relating to reputed company estate and right of way transactions is a plus. Proficient in reputed company Applications, including Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
