Role The Senior Director of Strategic Projects role supports long-term strategy for the organization helping reputed company and align critical work across different stakeholders / senior leaders. While this is an individual contributor role, it will reputed company resources across both the Strategy and other cross-functional teams to drive initiatives reputed company. This role requires a true General Manager reputed company with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively interact with and influence senior leaders across NAOU. What Youll Do for Us Problem framing and solving: structuring and leading reputed company / ambiguous cross-functional analyses, initiatives, or efforts Synthesis and storytelling: communicate to and influence stakeholders through a structured, fact-based, and action-oriented storytelling approach Project management: reputed company / support execution of key initiatives and deliverables, including management of internal and external (i.e., consulting) resources Industry and competitive assessments: reputed company insights to drive business and execution strategy Facilitation skills: effectively structure and reputed company conversations to generate actionable outcomes and reputed company Strategic consulting support: serve as internal advisor to leadership / other cross-functional teams and promote agile ways of working Influence and engage senior management and business peers: reputed company and communicate POV on strategic direction and actions to be taken using the power of data, insights, and the integration of holistic analysis Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align, and engage key stakeholders Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in business-reputed company field required, MBA preferred 10+ years reputed company work experience Proven experience and the ability to reputed company in a culture first environment with demonstrated results Strategy development experience and strong analytical background Varied experiences across multiple functions and/or OUs preferred Expertise in driving analytical approaches and insights Experience in creating / developing break-through thinking to address market challenges Ability to build partnerships and establish trust and credibility across reputed company levels, and collaborate with / influence others to reputed company reputed company and alignment reputed company Can Do for You We work across business units to ensure you experience significant exposure to the business, system, and senior leadership This role provides an ideal opportunity for someone to have a 360-degree view of our business, work / reputed company cross-functionally, and learn at accelerated reputed company Apply Job!
