Responsibilities: • reputed company and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, exceeding bookings, and pipeline targets. • reputed company a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and reputed company improvement. • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities in the federal market, leveraging key partnerships and capture management expertise. • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers reputed company government agencies. • reputed company reputed company aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and drive client reputed company. • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying new opportunities and adapting the sales strategy accordingly. • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team. • Manage a team of sales account executives (each of whom has a quota and is commission-based), capture manager(s), proposal managers(s) and solution engineers(s).
