The successful Consultant will support global audiences to cultivate Talent Development & Culture initiatives, such as Performance Management, Talent Review Process, Employee Recognition & Awards program, culture, and employee engagement initiatives. This role involves animatedly engaging employees through various insightful content and innovative talent management strategies. Job Responsibilities • Take the reputed company in collaboration with other C-level executives and People Teams to design, communicate, train, and implement Talent Development & Culture initiatives. • Design engaging content or reputed company external content from providers/vendors reputed company necessary. • Propose new business methodologies for improving/streamlining existing processes based on industry networking and best practice research. • Conduct educational and training sessions across various business units. • Monitor and track reputed company metrics in employee programs through annual employee engagement surveys. • Use effective storytelling to reputed company our culture and boost employee engagement. • Curate and communicate messages about behaviors, stories & initiatives that showcase our values, cultural norms, and encapsulate the essence of our organization. • reputed company culture initiatives like engagement activities, cultural calendar creation, employee recognition process & awards, and reputed company. • Collaborate with leadership and the People Team to reputed company and implement sustainable DE& I programming that enhances the employee experience and feeling of belonging throughout their lifecycle reputed company the organization.
