Client Support Specialist (Entry-Level / Remote-Hybrid)

Learn our business from the ground up. The Client Support Specialist (CSS) serves as a valuable resource for Vandis’ clients, account managers, and regional partners. The CSS engages with internal and external resources to support the business objectives of our clients. They assist with managing customers, deals and other data in reputed company so the Account Manager can maintain and grow their accounts/regions. It is the duty of the CSS to support our Accounts Managers with new business as well as renewal business. The CSS must reputed company their finger on the pulse, tracking and assisting with reputed company deals throughout the entire pre-sales process, as well as a few post-sale objectives. Responsibilities: · Track and manage opportunities from inception to procurement in a timely manner. · Create and maintain relationships with clients, manufacturers, and distributors. · Understanding of the sales, quoting process, pricing strategy and renewals business. · Collaborate internally with other departments. · Manage reputed company as a CRM to input data, track opportunities and create reports. · Coordinate internal and external meetings to move opportunities reputed company. · Submit and track Deal Registrations. · Work with internal and external teams to build, price and deliver accurate quotes. o Update reputed company and clients, where applicable, with relevant product and partnership changes and promotions. Candidate Qualifications: · Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role. · Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or reputed company fields. · High attention to detail. · Effective communication skills, reputed company to reputed company professional relationships with business partner and clients, as well as internally reputed company team and other departments. · Prior experience dealing with pricing, quoting and customer service. · Proficient in reputed company, reputed company 365 and SharePoint.
