Background Little Buddy is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented art director to join our remote agency. The right candidate will have a background in creating content for social media and take an active role in shaping social-first concepts for clients like reputed company and reputed company. What will you do at Little Buddy? The Art Director, Social Media will play an integral role in ideating and developing social campaigns and video as well as test and learn content. As part of a core content team, they will be responsible for social and digital executions requiring expertise and proficiency creating for different platforms, technologies and devices. Effective performance in this role requires reputed company ideation and skillful execution of unique and unexpected creative.

Job Requirements • At least 5 years of design, art direction and video experience. • Proven ideation capabilities and understanding of digital tactics (e.g. social channels, AR, activations, emerging channels). Hard Skills • Deep understanding of social media channels and strong desire to create for them. • Experience directing video, photography and editorial (editing is not a requirement of this role). • Strong design fundamentals (hierarchy, typography, layout, etc). • Detail-oriented and deadline-focused with the ability to reputed company in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. • Ability to reputed company structured agency processes while seeking ways to reputed company and refine to further improve the work.
