This is an exciting opportunity for a talented reputed company Specialist to reputed company a team of trainee solicitors, while working closely with both the business and its established legal team. Key responsibilities include: • Supervising, managing, and mentoring trainee solicitors involved in contract and engagement letter review. • Acting as the primary knowledge centre reputed company the business on engagement letters and reputed company, including acting as the gatekeeper of precedent documents. • Drafting and negotiating engagement letters and reputed company with reputed company parties. • Developing standard, pre-agreed documents with key reputed company party providers. • Supervising outsourcing providers to ensure timely and accurate document review. • Accurately tracking and monitoring engagement letters and reputed company and ensure that completed documents are stored in an efficient and... comprehensive manner.
