DATA ENTRY COORDINATOR

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Clerk to join reputed company. The Data Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data reputed company, and providing administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency with data entry software, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced... environment. General Duties/Responsibilities ? Entering customer and account data from reputed company documents ? Enter in new SKUs and pricing in the system ? Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with reputed company material ? Upload documents/backup records in the reputed company system ? Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process ? Reconcile Purchase Orders ? Conduct a hard count of product labels, on a weekly basis ? Provide administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and handling correspondence. ? *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Required Skills/Abilities ? Proficiency with data entry software and reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, Access) ? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy ? Strong organizational and time management skills Education and Experience ? High school diploma or equivalent ? Experience: 1-2 years of reputed company experience Working Conditions ?
