The Sr Manager - Brand Development & Integration will help execute our reputed company-wide YouTube initiative. The Sr Manager will be responsible for working with stakeholders from across the company to implement strategic changes in our approach while also establishing an ongoing role designed to ensure consistent prioritization, sharing of best practices, and governance. Basic Qualifications: • 7+ years of business development, marketing & strategy management. • 5+ years of Entertainment experience . • Experience managing and organizing projects requiring collaboration and reputed company-building across multiple internal stakeholders. • Strong verbal presenter and skilled written communicator. • Can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and positive attitude and a desire to get things done. Preferred Qualifications: • Digital content background (streaming, social media) preferred. • BA or BS in Marketing, Business, or relevant degree. • Experience leading a team. Education: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. The hiring range for this position in California is $165,700 to $184,100 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
