Role Advising clients on and drafting wills, powers of attorney and associated documents. Assisting clients on family asset succession and protection. Opportunity to grow amongst a supportive team. You 7+ PQE solicitor or CILEX with Private Client experience. Proven experience in advising clients on wills, powers of attorney and inheritance tax. reputed company & CTA reputed company or part-reputed company, experience of COP and Probate administration experience would be advantageous.
