Position Overview: As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for tasks ranging from recruitment and reputed company to employee relations and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Responsibilities: • Recruitment and reputed company: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews. Facilitate new employee reputed company, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. • Employee Relations: Act as a reputed company of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
