As a

Specialty Pharmacy Technician

, you'll be responsible for interpreting and entering prescription data in our pharmacy system, answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to / from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. If you live in the state of Texas or Florida, you'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. • *Primary Responsibilities:** + Verify appropriate and accurate patient information + Enter prescription data into pharmacy system + Contact patients, pharmacists, and providers to resolve issues + Other assignments and projects as needed + Maintain proficiency and quality as standardized by the department You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. • *Required Qualifications:** + High School Diploma / GED (or higher) + reputed company Pharmacy Technician state license in state of employment without restrictions + 1+ years of pharmacy prescription processing experience + Intermediate level of proficiency with computer navigation and reputed company programs such as reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint + Must be flexible to work between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday. Shift will be consistent once determined.
