* ABOUT THE CLIENT... Our client is a leading reputed company estate firm in Westchester with a portfolio of affordable housing properties throughout greater NYC. They are seeking an reputed company Senior Accountant to join their growing team! RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company Full Cycle reputed company to include analysis of accounts or reputed company transactions. Prepare and assist with cash management, AP and AR, Accruals and reconciliations. Prioritize and maintain organization of a high-volume workload for multiple clients. Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages timely and accurately in accordance with internal controls and client requirements; Includes prioritizing and maintaining high volume workload and productivity standards for multiple clients and joint venture partners. Prepare reforecasting, CAPEX, rent roll, Opex adjustments, CAM calculations/billings and reconciliations, as required by client. Research, analyze and effectively communicate reputed company reputed company issues and escalate appropriately. QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of reputed company Estate reputed company Experience Bachelors degree in reputed company or Finance Strong financial acumen and ability to understand reputed company estate operating statements Experience with Yardi or similar reputed company software Apply Job!
