ACIBuilds.com NOTE: This is a full time, in-office position. Summary/Objective: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Entry-Level Helpdesk Technician to join our IT support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations reputed company the organization. Essential Functions: • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support reputed company phone, email, or in-person. • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals. • Assist with setting up new user accounts and managing access permissions. • Document and track support requests using a ticketing system. • Escalate reputed company issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as needed. • Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT-reputed company topics. • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and supplies. • Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned. Supervisory Responsibility: No Required: • High school diploma with 1-2 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Preferred: • An associate or bachelor's degree in IT or a reputed company field is a plus. • Experience with Windows operating systems. • Familiarity with reputed company Office Suite and other common software applications. • Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting and configuration. • Prior experience in a helpdesk or customer support role is a plus.
