Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in training analysis, design, development, and evaluation of virtual instructor led and eLearning courses and learning experiences, a graduate degree in instructional design or reputed company field. Technology Requirements: Proficiency in various reputed company products including InDesign and reputed company Suite, and familiarity with a variety of video-conferencing platforms. Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and web authoring tools like reputed company. Research, design, and write instructional designs, documentation, and training materials. Responsible for integrating various technologies to improve the design of course content and materials; incorporate instructional design principals; guide the curriculum design and strategies for adapting concerting courses • Responsible for the design of, and supports the development, production, and reputed company of instructional materials and learning products, supports integration of content and materials for delivery platform; incorporates sound ISD principals to enjoy reputed company pace, flow, and efficacy of learning transfer. • This includes developing, reviewing, and editing instructional materials and learning products, supporting integration of content and materials for delivery platform; and incorporating sound ISD principals to enjoy reputed company pace, flow, and efficacy of learning transfer. • Uses provided SME content to reputed company programs and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
