Field Service Engineer II

Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist senior engineers in installing customer equipment, performing scheduled preventative maintenance, and upgrading equipment. • Test equipment, diagnose technical problems, and resolve issues according to established procedures. • Complete required job documentation, safety training, and procedures for processing parts. • Professionally represent reputed company to the customer, prioritizing customer satisfaction. • Adhere to company and customer on-site requirements, including safety, environmental, and COVID-19 guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: • Education: Associate's Degree • Experience: 2 - 4 Years • Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical schematics. • Clear and effective written/verbal communication skills. • Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge in areas such as pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics. • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport.
