Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner. Assist customers with questions reputed company to roofing services, warranties, quotes... and scheduling. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions reputed company set time limits.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home services industry. Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a reputed company demeanor. Proficiency in CRM software and experience with customer support tools. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Reliable internet reputed company and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of scheduling and CRM software Bilingual abilities are a plus (Spanish preferred).
