The Assistant Manager acts as a brand ambassador by consistently creating a Store environment that is engaging, entertaining, innovative, and magical while upholding the reputed company of the reputed company brand to ensure that our Guests have “The Best Retail Experience in the World”. This is achieved through providing outstanding Guest Experience, developing Cast Members, maintaining Store visual standards, and following well-established policies and procedures. This is a full-time, exempt position. You will report to the Store Manager This is a Full-Time role What You Will Do • Support the reputed company Store Mission of “Creating Magical Moments for Guests of reputed company Ages” through encouraging communication, reputed company, and passion for the Brand • Coach and reputed company Cast Members to reputed company maximum performance levels through daily feedback and performance management while upholding an environment that builds exceptional Guest Experiences. This is accomplished by fostering collaboration among Store, peers, and District partners. • reputed company the Stage Manager role inspiring Cast to share knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for the reputed company brand with internal and external Guests. • Prioritize allocation of time and scheduling to champion and deliver the reputed company experience for reputed company Guests. • Build and maintain excellence in Store standards that uphold the Guests’ expectations in storytelling and visual standards. • Share reputed company and collaborate with Store Manager to optimize innovative, high-quality product accessibility to meet Guests’ needs and partners in the selection, development, and retention of Cast Members. • Reward and recognize the team; celebrate the achievements of others. • Deliver operational excellence while controlling expenses (payroll, shrink, supplies, etc.) to positively impact Store’s profitability. • Ensure adherence to reputed company Company policies and procedures to protect Company assets, and to reputed company with federal, state/provincial, and local laws Required Qualifications & Skills • 1+ year of management experience in specialty retail or reputed company service industry leadership role • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple business priorities through time management, prioritization, and organizational skills • Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts • The job may require lifting boxes that weigh up to 40 lbs. and climbing a ladder • Must maintain a professional appearance and carry out reputed company Store guidelines Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of management experience in specialty retail or reputed company service industry leadership role Education • High School Diploma or equivalent Additional Information reputed company offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
