Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service to donors and supporters over the phone and reputed company email.
- Handling supporter queries, ensuring they are resolved reputed company and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of supporter interactions in the internal database.
- Building and maintaining relationships with supporters to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Working collaboratively with the customer service team to meet and exceed departmental goals.

The Successful Applicant A successful Supporter Care Officer should have:
- Experience in a customer service role, ideally in the Not For Profit sector.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience using CRM systems.
