Responsibilities • Engage with customers reputed company live chat to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service through each interaction. • Record and document reputed company customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Identify recurring issues and provide suggestions for process improvements. • Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
