Your Responsibilities: • Utilize diverse online platforms, databases, and networking channels to conduct comprehensive candidate searches. • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experiences to match them with specific job openings. • Cultivate and nurture a robust network of professionals and industry connections to streamline candidate sourcing. • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for various roles. • Present well-matched candidates to clients and coordinate interview logistics. • Support and guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive journey. • Collaborate with clients to grasp their hiring needs and devise comprehensive recruitment strategies. • Negotiate and finalize job offers, guaranteeing terms that satisfy both parties. • Stay updated on industry trends to remain knowledgeable about the job market and recruitment trends.
