Seeking an attornmey interested in Personal Injury to join a growing reputed company. The Attorney will handle reputed company aspects of a PI claim, must be self-motivated, reputed company to manage own caseload, and work with others reputed company a litigation and pre-litigation team. Qualifications • Rhode reputed company Office position - RI or MA Bar • JD: Required • Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills. • at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law Responsibilities • Handle litigation case load; • Provide an evaluation of claims, including a proposed litigation strategy; • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and the depositions; • Research and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memorandums; • Ability to litigate pre-trial motions; • Prepare for and represent clients through mediation and trial, including jury trials; • General file management, including meeting client and court deadlines; • Work with pre-litigation team.
